Our Therapists
Claire Bentley and Patrick Shea have been working together for many years, sharing a passion for integrative counselling. We are both qualified and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring that our practice is of the highest standard. We work from our individual homes in St Osyth, Clacton-on-Sea, and Colchester town centre, offering a range of services to suit your needs.

We offer short-term solution-focused therapy and longer-term therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose the approach that best suits your needs.
Our Experience
Patrick Shea has over 1,500 hours of experience, with expertise in working with OCD, anxiety, panic, and generalised anxiety. Claire Bentley has extensive experience working with a diverse range of issues, including relationship difficulties, depression, and low self-esteem.

We are listed on the BACP register of counsellors and psychotherapists, certificate number 044781. Patrick Shea is also listed on the BACP register as a BACP Accredited Counsellor.
