Our stylish Town Centre offices, located in Havelock Road, close to the main line Hastings Railway station, are open from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. By appointment, we can also be available early or late, to fit in with your schedule.
Our Team
Our company owner, Scott Baker, has been working within the property industry for 30 years, specialising in property management, residential and commercial lettings. Scott is passionate about "all things property" and genuinely enjoys working within the highly charged property industry.
Our experienced and friendly staff include Niaomi Barclay, MARLA, our Sales and Lettings Manager, who excels in both aspects of the property industry, demonstrating a unique blend of sales knowledge and property management expertise. Mel Ballard, our Sales and Lettings Administrator, is exceptional in organisation, communication, and problem-solving. Claire Coleman, our Sales Progressor, has worked within the property industry for the last 20 years, bringing with her an extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process. Liam White, our Freehold Block Manager, has a degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation and is able to give clients a fresh and adaptable approach to the property market. Martin Ayling, our Property Manager, has 8 years of property management experience and has been with Scott Estates since 2022. Jade Appleby, our Administrator, has a positive attitude and a strong passion for her role.

At Scott Estates, we offer a range of services to our clients, including letting your property, selling your property, freehold block management, and tenant fees. We also provide a valuation register service, where our experienced team will work with you to ensure a stress-free and rewarding experience from start to end.
Our letting services include marketing your property, providing energy performance certificates, tenant referencing, production of tenancy agreements, schedules of condition, and check-in and check-out procedures. We also offer a full repair and maintenance call-out service to protect the fabric of your home.
