Excellent Service and Quality

Very Poor Customer Service and Workmanship
Author Alison Perrett gave a 1-star rating for her summer house purchase. She had a terrible experience with the company, including shoddy workmanship and extremely poor customer service. Despite numerous issues with water leakage, the company refused to provide a refund or replacement.
