What are your opening hours?
We operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-11am & 4-5:30pm, Sunday & Saturday 9-11:30am. Closed Wednesdays and Bank Holidays.
What vaccination records are required?
All cats must have up-to-date feline influenza and feline enteritis vaccinations. Please bring your certificate when booking in.
Do you offer collection/drop-off services?
Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services at £5 each, operating during our open hours.
How are medication needs handled?
We administer medications as instructed, with a £1 daily charge. Please inform us of any medical requirements in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques with guarantee card, and credit/debit cards for all bookings and services.
Can I book long-term stays?
Yes, we require deposits for bookings exceeding 7 days. Full payment applies for the booked duration even with early collection.
