Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please note that for a booking to be accepted, we require the following details: name, full postal address, contact telephone number, and debit/credit card details. Regrettably, we do not allow pets of any kind inside the hotel. Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the expected arrival date, we will make a charge equivalent to the cost of one night's stay in each room booked. The period is increased to 48 hours between April and September, and 7 days over Easter and Christmas/New Year, Seven Days Notice is also required. If all rooms are booked, it will be necessary to cancel 30 days in advance.
