Services
Osteopathy
Structural osteopathy addresses musculoskeletal pain through hands-on techniques. We treat back pain, neck pain, and joint issues using soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilisation. Our approach considers biomechanical imbalances to restore natural movement patterns and alleviate chronic discomfort.
Cranial Osteopathy
Specialised cranial techniques address skull and spinal fluid dynamics. This subtle approach benefits infants, elderly patients, and those with acute symptoms. We use rhythmic pressure to release tension patterns, improving nervous system function and promoting relaxation without forceful manipulation.
Pregnancy Care
Tailored osteopathic care manages pregnancy-related discomfort. We address postural strain, pelvic instability, and foetal positioning through gentle techniques. Treatment supports optimal birth preparation while maintaining maternal comfort throughout all trimesters with safe, evidence-based interventions.
Sports Injuries
Sports osteopathy treats athletic injuries and enhances recovery. We combine soft tissue therapy with rehabilitation exercises to address strains, sprains, and overuse injuries. Treatment focuses on restoring joint mobility, reducing inflammation, and preventing recurrence through biomechanical optimisation for active individuals.
Paediatric Treatment
Gentle osteopathic care addresses developmental and postural issues in children. We treat birth trauma effects, postural strain from carrying habits, and growth-related discomfort. Our approach supports healthy musculoskeletal development while providing parental guidance on maintaining children's physical wellbeing through active play and posture management.
