Services
Hypnotherapy
Our clinical hypnotherapy services use evidence-based techniques to address psychological and behavioural challenges. Practitioners employ therapeutic suggestion to facilitate positive change in areas such as anxiety management, habit modification, and stress reduction. Sessions combine modern psychological approaches with traditional hypnotherapy methods, tailored to individual client needs through comprehensive consultations.
Counselling
Professional counselling services provide confidential spaces for exploring emotional and psychological concerns. Our BACP-registered counsellor employs integrative approaches combining person-centred therapy with NLP and EFT techniques. Sessions address issues ranging from relationship difficulties to trauma recovery, with flexible scheduling available for both short-term and long-term therapeutic engagement.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sessions utilise meridian-based tapping to regulate nervous system responses. This evidence-supported approach addresses emotional distress, physical symptoms, and limiting beliefs through structured tapping sequences. Practitioners guide clients through self-application techniques for sustained therapeutic benefits beyond formal sessions.
Yoga classes
Our Hatha yoga classes combine physical postures, breathwork, and meditation in a purpose-built studio environment. Sessions cater to mixed abilities with options for both group classes and private tuition. The practice integrates traditional yoga philosophy with contemporary wellness approaches, offering both in-person and online participation formats.
Reflexology
Certified reflexology treatments use foot-based pressure techniques to promote systemic wellness. This ancient Chinese therapy addresses stress relief, hormonal balance, and energy regulation through targeted reflex point stimulation. Courses are available for professional qualification, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skill development.
