Our commitment to sustainability extends to our holding of certificates for the FSC Chain of Custody Standard (TT-COC-001004), PEFC Chain of Custody of Forest Based Products (BMT-PEFC-0493), and BM Trada - Forest Products Chain of Custody (BMT-COC-0118).

Our environment policy underscores our commitment to procuring materials from suppliers who recognise their responsibility to customers, suppliers, and staff to base their commercial activities on well-managed forest resources. We are dedicated to achieving environmental best practice, believing that ecological protection and sustainable development are the responsibility of all, including business, governments, and communities.

Kew Joinery is committed to buying all hardwood and softwood from legal and renewable sources. We avoid making misleading claims regarding timber sources and expect our suppliers to maintain high environmental standards. We will not purchase timber known to have originated from illegal sources or any timber species prohibited under Appendix 1 of the Convention on International Trading on Endangered Species (CITES).
