Our Holiday Cottages
We offer three holiday cottages that are perfect for couples, families, or large groups of friends. Pippinsands, our traditional Devon longhouse, sleeps 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and features a spacious kitchen with a walk-in cold room/pantry, a dining room, snug, drawing room, and an attached annexe with kitchen/diner, lounge, and bedroom with en-suite shower room. The large garden has a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Siskins Nook, designed for romantic weekends or family holidays, sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and has a private garden with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and barbecue.
Amenities and Activities
All our cottages have well-equipped kitchens, Smart TVs, DVD players, and rural wifi. We provide all the linens, towels, and a Welcome Pack of milk, teabags, coffee, sugar, and a homemade cake to make your stay even more comfortable. We also offer a range of activities to keep both children and adults entertained. Our play area has a climbing frame, swings, and a slide, while our shared grounds offer plenty of space for games of rounders or football. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll down the fields and along the River Luv, or relaxing in our shared games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football, board games, and toys for younger children.

Facilities and Amenities
