Dr. Misha and her team at the GP surgery received mixed feedback from their patients. The positive feedback highlights the helpful nature of Dr. Misha and the staff, including Gazi, who were appreciated for their good service and supportive behaviour. Some patients praised the surgery for their long-standing care and service, including the knowledgeable physicians and friendly reception staff. However, several negative comments were made about the appointment system, with some patients finding it difficult to secure an appointment and experiencing long wait times. The reception staff were also criticized for their lack of empathy and customer service skills.
