Disappointment and Poor Service
Aj Hughes, a disappointed customer, shared their experience with Susie's floristry services, which unfortunately fell short of their expectations. Despite initial communication, Susie failed to respond to their concerns, leading to a stressful and upsetting experience on their wedding day.
Issues with Communication and Flowers
The customer experienced poor communication with Susie, who refused to discuss the wedding flowers with the groom, citing that he didn't know what he was talking about. Additionally, there was an issue with the extra buttonhole ordered, which was not provided on the day. Susie also failed to deliver the flowers to the correct hotel, causing a 30-minute delay to the wedding ceremony and subsequent rushing of the reception.
