Our History
Established in 1997, Comland Group has a rich history of delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with our clients. We were admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) when we demerged from Banner Homes Group PLC. The Group continued on AIM until 2007 when it was taken into private ownership by Stuart Crossley and his family interests. Today, Stuart Crossley, the founder of Banner Homes, and his family remain majority shareholders of Comland.
