Our Homes

At South Coast Care Homes, we have four beautiful homes located in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. Each of our homes is designed to provide a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for our residents. We have a holistic approach to caring for people, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

Hartfield House

Hartfield House is one of our four homes, located in the heart of Eastbourne. We pride ourselves on the high-quality service and accommodation we offer. Our home has 20 resident rooms, including 18 single rooms and one double room, many of which have en-suite facilities. Our home is designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, with communal areas including a large, comfortably furnished lounge with television, video, and music centre.

Our care staff are fully trained and experienced in providing high-quality care, and we work closely with local healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Our Team

At Hartfield House, we have a team of qualified, experienced, and friendly care staff who care for our residents like family. Our team includes a Care Manager, Senior Carers, Care Assistants, Cook, and Housekeeping. We actively engage with residents and relatives, encouraging regular feedback and ensuring that the people in our care are as independent as possible.

Hartfield House was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and awarded a "GOOD" rating across all areas. We are proud of our good rating, which reflects our commitment to providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
