My Approach and Background
I became a hypnotherapist after experiencing the transformative power of hypnotherapy firsthand. After losing my father and brother in close succession, I struggled with anxiety and depression. However, after just one session of solution-focused hypnotherapy, I felt a significant shift in my perspective and began to regain control over my life. This experience inspired me to train as a solution-focused hypnotherapist, and I have since helped hundreds of people to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
