Landlord Services
As landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of finding the right tenant for your property. We only choose the best tenants through Homelet, the number one referencing company, providing a full credit check with employment and landlord referencing. Our services include:
- Tenant find service: We will find a suitable tenant for your property, carrying out a rigorous referencing process, setting up a tenancy agreement, and handing the property back to you to manage.
- Fully managed service: We will manage your property from start to finish, providing 100% peace of mind knowing that your home is in safe hands. Our services include rent collection, tenancy management, and maintenance issues, all handled by our experienced team.
For Tenants
As a tenant, we understand the importance of finding a reliable and trustworthy agent. Our fees for tenants are competitive and include:
- Finders fee: 30% of the first month's rent plus VAT
- Let only: 50% of the first month's rent plus VAT
- Fully managed: 40% of the first month's rent plus VAT, plus an additional 9% PCM plus VAT
