Poor Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with the agency's customer service. Sarah Eley and Danielle Carpentier both gave the agency a 1-star review, citing failures to call them back to arrange viewings and unable to organise appointments as reasons for their dissatisfaction. Sarah specifically mentioned not being called back to arrange a viewing in Willow Close, while Danielle reported having to chase the agent multiple times to follow up on viewings and expressed concerns that the agency's actions could harm the sale of her property.
Disappointing Experience
Danielle Carpentier's review was particularly scathing, accusing the agency of lying and denying advice or statements made, and advising others not to trust them. She even reported misconduct to The Property Ombudsman.
Mixed Review
Tanya P., on the other hand, gave the agency a 4-star review, stating that she was initially skeptical about estate agents due to horror stories, but had a good experience with Peter Mulcahy, who provided a warm welcome and seemed genuinely interested in helping her friend find a new place to live.
Lack of Professionalism
Nicola Breach, however, had a completely different experience, giving the agency a 5-star review and praising Robert and his team for going above and beyond what was required, citing their professionalism and high standards as reasons for her recommendation.
