Our Story
Panificio Italiano's history dates back over six decades to an independent bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire, owned by Sicilian businessman and artisan baker Piero Scacco. Today, we operate from a state-of-the-art, purpose-built automated bakery, equipped with six production lines, extensive bespoke and artisan bread lines, and over 45,000 sq. feet of production space, including a spiral freezer. Our investment to date is approximately 20million, reflecting our dedication to providing the best possible products and services to our clients.
