Welcome to Traditional Acupuncture, a renowned practice spearheaded by Michael Clements, a Registered Acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council. Michael's interest in Acupuncture was sparked during his post-graduate research at the School of Oriental and African Studies. He has since honed his skills in both 5 Element Acupuncture and TCM Acupuncture, starting his practice in SE London and Sevenoaks in 1993 before moving to the West Country in 2001.
Michael is not only trained in Traditional Acupuncture but also in Auricular (ear) Acupuncture for substance misuse and Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture. His voluntary work includes treating stroke patients at the Recovery Club, Queen Mary Hospital, Sidcup, and currently at the Elmslea Rehabilitation Centre for the mentally affected in Launceston. Michael's commitment to his craft is evident in his membership with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the Association of Teachers and Lecturers, and Backcare (The National Back Pain Association).
