Over the years, the Almiento family built a reputation for serving the finest Italian cuisine in Scotland. After decades of success, they retired and branched out into a new venture, City Merchant Restaurant, where they continued to excel in the culinary world. Ultimately, the family decided to return to their roots, opening Twenty One Restaurant as a way to share their passion for food with the community.
