Customer Service and Communication
Calibre has received praise for its excellent customer service. James K. and Antony Murray both had positive experiences with the company, citing Duncan Hoyle as being particularly helpful. James K. highlighted how Calibre went out of its way to replace a gas lift on an executive chair, despite the manufacturer being out of business.
Anders Murray appreciated Calibre's flexibility when his delivery date was delayed due to painters being late. In contrast, Gayle Wattrus had a very poor experience with communication, stating that she had to constantly chase outcomes and was left with substandard and damaged furniture.
