The reviews below are from various patients who have had poor experiences with their healthcare providers. The common issues include rudeness from staff, lack of training, long waiting times, and poor management. Patients have reported difficulties in getting appointments, receiving adequate care, and feeling ignored or dismissed.
The first review from Backpacker Billie details a struggle to get a new prescription for her contraception pill. She encountered difficulties with the front desk staff and was eventually told to visit Boots pharmacy, only to be met with more problems. Her appointment was then cancelled due to the nurse not being trained.
Alex B. had trouble getting help through online messages and did not receive any responses. Es Kay felt the practice was unprofessional and unethical, particularly in their handling of her case. Peter T. criticizes the management and patient skills, while L. A. felt a lack of empathy and duty of care. Bradley Francis had to go to A&E after not receiving proper care from the nurse.
Only Georgina Hewlett had a positive experience, praising the quick responses and helpful staff.
