Wincanton Health Centre was purpose built in 2011 to provide general practice services to Wincanton and the surrounding villages. The practice joined Symphony Healthcare Services in 2018 and offers a multidisciplinary team consisting of GP's, Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners, along with a highly skilled team of Nurses and HCA's. We currently have just under 9,000 registered patients including the local residential home. We offer a Minor Injury Unit service during our opening hours. We provide a range of services including Blood Tests, Home Visits, Vaccinations & Immunisation, Medicines Management, Practice Clinics and Services, Private Work & Examinations, Repeat Medication & Prescriptions, Test Results, and Travel Advice.
