Pricing

At Bouncy Castle Hire Malvern, we believe in providing our clients with affordable and transparent pricing. Our prices are based on a daily hire, which includes delivery, assembly, dismantling, and collection of all equipment. We also provide instructions for safe use and appropriate crash mats for additional safety. Our Terms and Conditions of Hire must be signed before any items can be left, and we require someone to be available at the time of delivery to sign on your behalf if you are unable to be present.

We understand that every event is unique, which is why we offer customized pricing for our clients. Our prices may vary depending on the type and size of equipment, the duration of the hire, and the location of the event. We always recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, however, we do take bookings as late as the same day when possible.

Bad Weather Policy

We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, which is why we have a flexible bad weather policy. If the weather is bad on the day of your event, there will be no charge to cancel if you contact us before 9 am. If we arrive with your item and you change your mind, you will be expected to pay. If the weather changes after the item has been delivered and assembled, no refunds will be available. However, we will give you a voucher for 50% off a weekday school holiday hire.

Refusal

At Bouncy Castle Hire Malvern, we prioritize safety above all else. We reserve the right to refuse any booking on the day if there is not enough clear access, the ground is not flat and clear from dog mess, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the inflatable will not be safely operated. We also reserve the right not to deliver an item intended for outdoor use in unsuitable weather conditions.
