Poor Service and Communication
The customers, Aaron Ingram and Linda Raine, have had extremely poor experiences with Euro Group. Aaron was charged for unpacking and assembly, which was not carried out by the service providers. They were also accused of breaking a sofa leg and denied it, leading to a lack of trust and communication.
Unreliable Delivery
Linda Raine experienced a delay of over nine weeks in receiving her goods from the UK to Cyprus. Despite having to constantly contact Euro Group for updates, she has been left with a nightmare experience and has paid for the service in advance.
