Reece has a background in care work, holding a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. He has over 5 years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, ensuring exceptional care and handling. Vanessa brings 18 years of administrative experience to the team, ensuring meticulous planning and organization.
