Rushden Golf Club - Premier Golf Course in Wellingborough
Established in 1919, Rushden Golf Club has evolved from a modest local initiative to a respected golfing institution in Northamptonshire. Originally founded by local business leaders, we transitioned from a sub-leased agricultural site to a direct lease with the Duchy of Lancaster in 1978, enabling significant course development. Our historic course incorporates elements of the area's agricultural past, with visible ridge-and-furrow patterns influencing gameplay. We maintain a commitment to accessibility, offering open membership opportunities and welcoming both members and non-members to our social events. Our facilities include a well-maintained 18-hole course, clubhouse, and dedicated golf academy for player development. With over a century of service, we continue to preserve our heritage while modernising amenities to meet contemporary standards.
