Our History
Richards Sheet Metal originally started business as traditional 'tin bashers' back in 1973. Over the years, we have worked closely with numerous local companies, including Courtaulds Spinning, Cleveland Guest, Rolls Royce Barnoldswick, Lucas Electrical, Lucas Body Systems, and Lucas Aerospace Defence Fabrications in Burnley. We have been involved in several high-profile projects, including the production of Rocket Motor Cases for the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) and the refurbishment of the Wind Tunnel Nacelle for British Aerospace at Warton.
