Our precision laser cutting service handles materials from 0.5mm to 40mm thickness, including stainless steel, aluminium, and brass. Using 12kW24kW Trumpf lasers, we achieve tolerances to 0.25mm with clean, oxide-free edges. Automated material handling ensures efficiency for both prototypes and high-volume production runs across Essex and the UK.
Metal bending
Our press brake services transform flat sheets into complex 3D components with accuracy to 0.5mm. Capable of bending materials up to 20mm thickness, we handle mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and specialist metals. With 130T170T Trumpf systems, we deliver precise folds for structural components and intricate enclosures nationwide.
CAD design
Our CAD team converts sketches or specifications into production-ready 2D/3D models for laser cutting and bending. Supporting formats include DXF, DWG, and NC files, we ensure dimensional accuracy and manufacturability. This service enables seamless transition from concept to fabrication for custom metal components.
Material sourcing
We maintain 500700 tonnes of stock metals including S275 steel, 304/316 stainless steel, and 6061 aluminium. This ensures rapid processing of orders while maintaining material traceability and quality standards. Specialist metals like copper and brass are available upon request.
