In addition to our packaging products, we also offer a wide range of jewelry tools and equipment, including benches and bench tools, hand tools, files, flex shaft, burs and drills, engraving, casting and mold making, metal forming, rolling mills, soldering, watch tools, jewelry cleaning and finishing equipment, and more.
Our displays and showcases are designed to impress, featuring non-slip ice grip displays, acrylic displays, leatherette displays, wooden displays, leatherette and wooden displays, magnetic displays, and more. Reviewer Experiences with Noble Gift Packaging
Order Issues
Two reviewers, Doug E. and S. T., reported receiving the wrong items in their orders. Doug E. received gift boxes that were not what he had ordered, while S. T. experienced defects in their orders.
Customer Service Issues
Both reviewers had poor experiences with Noble Gift Packaging's customer service. Doug E. was told that the company had not received his returned items, despite UPS tracking showing that they had been delivered. S. T. had to make numerous calls and emails to get a refund for their defective items and had issues with return shipping.
Shipping Issues
Doug E. had to pay $18 to ship back the incorrect items, while S. T. was charged higher shipping rates than quoted on two occasions.
