Review: Having acquired numerous properties within Oldham, I have dealt with Alister and the team several times in early 2022, however my latest acquisitions were some my best experiences. As a party to either buying and/or selling a property it is always stressful however occasion I was extremely relieved not to have had to go through this. I had the pleasure of dealing with the whole team at the office, in all honesty, all of the team were friendly, responded to emails extremely expediently, kept me informed throughout the whole process. Having had extremely poor acquisition experience in 2019 which had been painful and difficult this was a massive relief especially with the number of properties involved.
So made this an exceptional experience for me. was the customer facing ethos shown by Alister and his whole team, it's the small team delivering a large team service deliver, kept me posted/ updated with information/ due dates, what was required, what the holdups were etc. I would like to say a heart felt thank you to Lisa the Office Manger and the whole team, would also add that they is a massive credit to Alister Stevens.

Poor Customer Service

Review: Do yourself a favour, find any way of selling your house other than use this estate agent. Entirely unprofessional, and unscrupulous. Added to this, you'll do all the work yourself and they'll laugh at you while you do it. I'm amazed they have any reviews better than this one. Update - Alistair Stevens responds to my review of their work fifteen months after I posted my comments.
They claim not have no record of my sale with them (this is of no surprise to me) and that the office was closed at the time I am writing about (the agency was functioning as normally as it ever does throughout the whole of the farcical process they call my house sale). I can only strongly urge prospective clients that they find any other means of selling their property. I still regret using them and I'm pretty sure I'm not on my own.

Review: Not recommended at all. They look professional and polite but it is just front. After you transfer the money they show the real face. I'll advice tenants to be careful while dealing with them.
