Our Services

Our group circuit sessions are carefully programmed to ensure that you get a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups. Our personal training sessions are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals, and our AFF Kids Club is designed to get kids active and healthy from a young age.

Our Expertise

They are all qualified serving or former serving Armed Forces personnel who have undergone rigorous training to ensure they can deliver the highest standards of fitness instruction. We operate 52 weeks of the year, regardless of the weather, and our instructors will keep you motivated and on track to achieve your fitness goals.

Our Locations

We have two convenient locations in Harrogate and Wetherby, where our outdoor exercise classes take place. Our Harrogate sessions are held on The Stray, and our Wetherby sessions are held at Raby Park. We have carefully selected these locations to ensure that they are easily accessible and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our members.
