- *Associated Groundworks:* We offer a variety of groundworks services, including excavation, site preparation, and the installation of utilities and drainage systems.
Our Portfolio
We have a long-standing portfolio of prestigious projects, including the Jubilee Campus at Nottingham University, a futuristic new teaching campus development that features unique design elements. We have also completed the Manchester Airport Control Tower, which includes a 60-meter high internal concrete lift-shaft core and a 9-meter diameter independent external tower, both constructed simultaneously using an elevated hydraulic slipform system.
In addition, we have constructed St Paul's Place, a luxury apartment block that is currently the tallest building in Sheffield. We have also completed a challenging crematorium project that incorporates a combination of cycloid-shaped in-situ concrete roofs and joining flat roofs, with fully insulated cavity columns that support both the cold external concrete roof structure and the warm internal roof structure.
Other notable projects in our portfolio include the Bridlington Pump Station and New Era Student Accommodation in Sheffield.

Helpful and Supportive
Northfield Construction Company has been reviewed by several individuals, with differing opinions about their experience with the company. However, one common theme is the helpful and supportive nature of the staff. Paul Bruch, Chairman of the Parish Council, visited the company in a professional capacity and was impressed with their willingness to assist him. They went above and beyond to meet his needs, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting their community.
Personal Experience
Matt Ayres, on the other hand, has had a more personal experience with Northfield Construction Company. He received a nice plastic cup from the company, with their trademark printed on it. This suggests that the company is willing to provide small gestures of appreciation for their clients.
Poor Experience
Unfortunately, not all experiences with Northfield Construction Company have been positive. Tommy Ash had a poor experience working with the company in 2011. He claims that the workmen were unprofessional, often spending their lunches at the pub and drinking beer. This lack of professionalism and work ethic has led him to warn others to stay away from the company.
