Our journey began in 1981 when Irene and Les Astbury, our grandparents, opened the pet shop, converting a former laundrette into a haven for pet owners. Since then, we've grown from strength to strength, expanding our shop, and increasing our product range to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. In 2007, Stuart and I, Gayle, took over the reins, and we've continued to innovate and improve our services.
