Our Story
James Martin Manchester is the signature restaurant of Manchester235 Casino, and we are proud to have earned a hard-won place in the 2019 Harden's Best Restaurant Guide, as well as in Manchester Confidential's 'Top 100 Restaurants in the North West' and the I Love Manchester 'Top 50 Restaurants'. Our head chef, James Martin, is dedicated to showcasing the best of British food, using seasonal ingredients from some of the UK's top meat, game, fish, and cheese producers.
Our Services
Our restaurant serves up classic, seasonally changing a la carte and special menus, including an astonishingly affordable tasting menu with a vegetarian version, and a Chef's Table for lavish seven-course private dining designed to impress. We are open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm, and also offer an exquisite spread for traditional afternoon tea on Saturdays. In addition, we have a Sunday lunch menu that is widely regarded as one of the best in town.

At James Martin Manchester, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, and we have partnered with the Green Earth Appeal in partnership with the United Nations to launch our Food for Thought programme.
