Who We Are

Gabriella, the founder of Mind Health Movement, is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience across various therapeutic modalities. Her diverse background includes nutritional therapy, exercise coaching, and various forms of therapeutic practice. Driven by personal experiences with adversity, Gabriella is passionate about offering a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their challenges and achieve lasting growth.
