Our managed workspaces are designed to cater to the needs of today's businesses. We offer 35 managed workspaces, from 14 to 57 sqm, to let on flexible or competitive terms. Our offices are individually alarmed, and the entire centre is disabled-friendly with 24/7 access. Our offices also have the added benefit of being individually metered, giving you control over your energy usage and costs.

In addition to our managed workspaces, we also have three meeting rooms available for hire, equipped with large screens and whiteboards. Our meeting rooms can be hired by the day or half-day, providing you with the flexibility to accommodate your business needs. Our virtual tenancy option offers a postal address, post forwarding, and discounted meeting room usage, making it an attractive option for businesses that require a professional address without the physical office space.

Train stations are located approximately 10 miles away, with the closest being Epping Underground and Harlow Town Stations, both providing direct access to London Liverpool Street and London Stratford.
