What is Supreme Taekwondo Academy?

Our chief instructor, Master Lee Beddows, holds an 8th Dan Black belt and boasts over 30 years of experience in Taekwondo. At our academy, you are welcome to participate in a range of activities, from competitions and club presentations to grading exams. Our training covers all aspects of Taekwondo, including patterns, sparring, technical work, and fitness-building exercises.
