The campsite is described as lovely, with beautiful views, nice level pitches, and fabulous facilities. It is easily accessible from the M6 and is close to Keswick, with plenty of dog-friendly places to eat.
Facilities
The facilities are a major highlight, with brand new and clean toilets and showers, as well as a luxury wash-up area with sinks, freezers, washers, and dryers. The shower facility has underfloor heating and excellent quality fixtures and fittings.
Pitches and Accommodation
The pitches are well-kept, with hardstanding pitches featuring hook-ups, water points, and drainage. The touring pitches are described as first-class. The cabins are luxurious, with a welcome pack of essentials, a hot tub, and stunning views of the surrounding area.
Location and Accessibility
The campsite is located near Keswick, with plenty of walks and quiet cycle roads nearby. It is easily accessible from the main road (A66) and is close to popular destinations such as Blencathra and Skiddaw.
Minor Drawbacks
