Our History
Established in 1969, Raunds Playgroup has been a trusted pillar of the community for over 50 years. Initially operating from a community hall, the Playgroup moved to its current premises in 2005. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, thanks to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and the support of our generous patrons.
Our Team
Our team of experienced and qualified childcare professionals is led by Kate, our Manager, and Leanne, our Deputy Manager. We also have a talented group of Early Years Practitioners, Assistants, and an Apprentice. Our dedicated team is passionate about providing high-quality care and nurturing the well-being of every child in our care.
Our Services
At Raunds Playgroup, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of every family. These include:
- Full-day and half-day childcare for children from 3 months to 5 years.
- Early years education program for toddlers and pre-schoolers.
- Outdoor play area with age-appropriate equipment for physical development and exploration.
- Nutritious meals and snacks prepared in our own kitchen.
