We also offer a variety of training programs, including our Basic Membership & Induction, Boxing Technique Course, One-On-One GYM Training, Functional Fitness Training, Kettlebell Training, and Kids Boxing & Fitness Classes.

Our experienced trainers are ABA qualified and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
