At Fletchers Farm Riding School & Livery Yard, we are passionate about providing top-quality riding lessons and livery services to riders of all ages and abilities. Our riding school, established in 2004, is registered with the British Horse Society (BHS), BHS Changing Lives Through Horses, Pony Club, and ABRS, and is currently rated 5 stars by the local authority.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, friendly, and relaxed environment for riders to learn and improve their riding skills. We believe in providing individualized attention to each rider, tailoring our lessons to their specific needs and goals. Our team of experienced instructors is dedicated to helping riders build confidence, improve their riding technique, and develop a lifelong passion for horse riding.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including group and private lessons, holiday and weekend clubs, pony days, and Le TREC. Our lessons cater to riders aged 5 years and upwards, from complete beginners to experienced riders looking to improve their skills. We also offer lessons on your own horse, making us the perfect choice for riders who want to improve their skills on their own horse.
Facilities
Our riding school is set in the beautiful Essex countryside, with access to extensive hacking in the surrounding countryside. Our facilities include an indoor arena, outdoor menages, and a 7km off-road hacking trail around the farm. We have a team of 15 horses and ponies, ranging from 12.1hh to 15.2hh, which are suitable for riders of all ages and abilities.
Livery and Facilities
Our livery yard offers a range of services, including full, part, and DIY livery. We have a team of experienced staff who provide top-quality care and attention to each horse and pony, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Our team is led by Emily and Tom Bradshaw, who have owned the riding school and livery yard since 2017. Our instructors are experienced, qualified, and passionate about teaching riders of all ages and abilities. We also have a team of experienced grooms and yard staff who work hard to ensure the highest standards of care and attention are provided to each horse and pony.
