Our History

CLM was launched in 2004 by Mark Weaver and Tim Calcutt, evolving from a farming partnership based in Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. Since then, we have expanded our team and services, adding expertise in environmental stewardship, ecological assessments, and more. Today, we are proud to be a modern, first-class land and property management company, providing the complete management of property, land, environment, and estates.
