Poor Quality and Service Issues
The majority of the reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the glasses and the service provided. One reviewer mentioned that the frames were made with poor materials, causing skin irritation and allergic reactions. Another reviewer experienced issues with the lenses, which were sent with the wrong prescription, and later, the frame split in half.
Rude and Unhelpful Staff

One reviewer was told they couldn't perform an eye test without a mask, despite being medically exempt, and felt uncomfortable and upset. Another reviewer was pounced on by the shop assistant and the owner/manager, who was rude and hostile.
Difficulty with Returns and Refunds
Some reviewers had issues with returning or exchanging their glasses. One reviewer was refused a return and was told to refund, while another reviewer had to make multiple phone calls to chase their prescription.
Positive Experience
However, one reviewer had a positive experience, praising the staff for taking out the prisms from their glasses and changing their eye test schedule from yearly to 2-yearly.
