Tiny Toes

Established in 2009, Tiny Toes has built a reputation as a trusted provider of professional childcare services across Northern Ireland. Our founder, Alex McCandless, brings extensive industry expertise to lead a dedicated team committed to connecting families with qualified, caring nannies and babysitters. We maintain rigorous standards through enhanced CRB checks, face-to-face interviews, and comprehensive reference verification to ensure only the most capable professionals join our network. Our services cater to diverse needs including full-time/part-time nannies, maternity nurses, event-specific childcare, and evening babysitting across multiple locations. We prioritise personalised matching processes, post-placement support, and ongoing guidance for both families and childcare professionals.

With a focus on safety and quality, we provide insurance coverage, legal employment advice, and payroll service partnerships to simplify the hiring process. Client testimonials consistently highlight our efficiency, thorough vetting procedures, and ability to create lasting family-caregiver relationships. Our hotel babysitting partnerships demonstrate our commitment to accessibility, while our flexible booking system accommodates urgent requirements with 72-hour notice. We maintain transparent communication throughout the placement journey, ensuring families receive caregivers who align with their specific childcare needs and values.
