Our clinic is conveniently located at Phoenix House, Phoenix Way, just off Sheep Street and adjacent to Waitrose. The clinic is easily accessible on the ground floor and offers designated parking for the duration of your treatment. At Charles Oakey Podiatrist, we prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our patients, and we have implemented stringent infection control measures in line with current guidelines. This includes the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by our podiatrist, the availability of hand sanitiser, and the use of a vacuum autoclave to sterilise all instruments. Regular checks on sterility are carried out to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our equipment.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment for our services can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Patients who fail to attend or provide less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full fee. During office hours, there should be someone available to take your call. If the answerphone is in operation, please leave your name and telephone number, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
