The reviews highlight the centre's exceptional service, with clients praising the friendly, caring, and professional staff. Personal Touch
Receivers of exceptional care include Bert the Beauceron, who received gentle and understanding treatment during his final days, and Poppy, who underwent successful eye treatment with nurse Jayne. Poor Experience
However, there was one negative review (out of many) that highlighted a poor experience. The client, Aj Curling, felt that the vets prioritized making money over their pet's welfare and failed to administer pain medication correctly. The client also felt disrespected and lied to by the staff.
