What government-funded childcare options do you offer?
We provide Universal Funding (15 hours/week for 3-4 year olds), Working Family Funding (up to 30 hours/week), and Time for Twos funding for eligible 2 year olds.
How do payment arrangements work?
Fees are paid monthly by standing order with 10% sibling discounts. Late payments incur a 10% surcharge. We accept childcare vouchers and offer flexible payment plans.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday-Friday 07:30-18:00. Minimum attendance is one full day or two part-time sessions weekly with flexible booking options.
How do you support child development?
Each child has a key person responsible for observations, meal provision, and developmental tracking. We use communication diaries for regular parental updates and individualised care plans.
