Qualifications and Expertise

Our team is fully qualified in Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Advanced Myofascial Release, and Kinesiology Taping. Mark, our lead therapist, trained with Premier Training International in Glasgow and furthered his understanding of Sports Massage with an advanced course at the Scottish School of Professional Massage in Peebles.

We are committed to ongoing learning and development, ensuring we are up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices in our field. As members of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), we adhere to high ethical standards and undertake a minimum of 40 hours of extra training each year.
