Established in 1999, we have dedicated over two decades to perfecting our unique design registered products, specifically tailored to enhance the performance of your sash windows without altering their original appearance.

The Problems in Performance

Sliding sash windows were designed to provide ample light, ventilation, and pleasant views. However, their performance often falls short due to necessary tolerance gaps, which can result in cold drafts, poor insulation, and windows that are difficult to open and close. Over time, some windows may become sealed shut from years of painting or simply difficult to operate.

Our Solution

At Sliding Sash Solutions, we have developed and perfected our own exclusive, design registered products for window improvement. With our Solutions Brush Pile System, we can upgrade your existing sash windows to be significantly more efficient, without changing their appearance. Our brush pile system consists of our own products, which are not available for retail and have proven to be more reliable than double-sided taped extrusions or plastic parting beads.

As of June 2023, we have renovated over 25,404 sash windows. If you own a period property with sash windows, we advise consulting your local conservation officer to determine if Listed Building Consent or Planning Permission is required before starting any work.
