Lochanview Log Cabins, situated in the peaceful and idyllic location of Kippford, Dalbeattie, DG5 4GX, offer a unique and tranquil escape for those seeking a memorable self-catering holiday experience. Our complex is home to nine high-quality log cabins, built using traditional "Solid Log" methods and slow-growing Baltic Scandinavian pine, providing a rustic yet comfortable ambience. Each cabin boasts a large garden, barbeque area, and a decked veranda with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the breathtaking surrounding views.

Lochanview Log Cabins are within walking distance of the charming yachting village of Kippford. Our cabins are nestled on the edge of Kippford forest, home to a variety of local wildlife. Red squirrels are frequent visitors, and if you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of badgers, roe deer, and various bird species. The serene environment creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and exploration.
